We are more than happy to assist you with your return. *PLEASE READ our Return Policy IN FULL then follow the instructions provided below for your return.

We see the item(s) sent to you from the listing/ad you purchased from, were correct, therefore, our return fees below will apply.

Katy Med Solutions - Return Policy

-We accept all UNOPENED and UNUSED items for return WITHIN 30 days from the shipping date ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please check your shipping date prior to mailing your package. It is also preferred that you send your package with tracking, so that you are able to check the arrival of your item(s) to our warehouse.

-We will not accept any returns of items that have been damaged, opened or product is missing.

-If you purchased a CASE from a CASE LISTING/AD and the case has been broken (i.e. any opened or missing packages, boxes, etc..) this is considered "product opened or missing" and we will not accept the return.

-We do not accept returns for NUTRITIONAL/SUPPLEMENTAL PRODUCTS. Examples of which items are outlined below:

*Infant Formula (Liquid or Powder)
*Oral Supplements of any kind (Adult/Child/Infant supplemental, meal replacement drinks or powders, etc..)
*Food Thickeners

-ALL items must be received, by us, in the condition in which you received them, in order for a refund.

Please do not return any items that are NOT in acceptable return condition, as you will be responsible for paying the shipping for the items to be returned back to you.


Simply, repack the product and include a copy of the Return Authorization Slip with your Order Number in the box with the item(s) you are returning. If no packing slip has been sent, please use the Return Authorization, that will be sent to you shortly, instead.

Note: The return Authorization is just that. It is not a label for shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the item(s) back.

Once we receive your package and inspect the items, we will then proceed to issue a refund for the PRODUCT TOTAL ONLY, if the cost of shipping was included in the product total, please be aware that the shipping cost we incurred to ship the item(s) to you, will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a RESTOCKING FEE of 15%. Your refund, once package is received and accepted in the warehouse, will be processed within, but no later than, 7 business days.

All orders are processed on a business day basis; with the exception of national holidays. We process your order within 3 business days from the date of the order, UNLESS otherwise stated. 

If you purchased any expedited shipping, your order is still processed on a business day basis, but will be processed as stated on your order.
